 The Council Of Past Presidents & Role Of The Council

is incorporated in our Constitution of Kelab Lions George Town Mutiara Pulau Pinang. 

Under Article X

(a) The Council consists of the following members:-

All the past presidents of Lions Club in the Club and the current President, the Chairman of the council, and the Honorary Secretary shall be elected from amongst the council members present and he/she shall hold office for a term not exceeding three (3) years.

(b) Role of the Council :

The Council shall act as an Advisory Board to the Board of Directors and shall advise on matters relating to long-term policies and expenditures of the Club.

(c) Notice :

The Council shall meet at least once a year and at least seven (7) days' notice of the meeting shall be given to all the Council Members.
